		<description>I hear what you&#039;re saying Devin. The best thing to do in a situation like that is to just do it. Let them know that what they offer is not what you&#039;re looking for as diplomatically and gently but directly as possible. 

Put yourself in their shoes. Would you appreciate honest, constructive and direct feedback if you were in the same situation? I know I would. There&#039;s no easy way out of it.

The more you have to rely on auditions and advertisements the more you&#039;re going to come across these situations. However, if you are finding musicians through rrecommendations through your network you wont need to be the bearer of bad news as much.
